With the insertion point at the start of the document, try a wildcard Find/Replace, where:
Find = ([!^13]{1,})^13([!^13]{1,})^13([!^13]{1,})^13([!^13]{1,})^13([!^13]{1,}^13)
Replace = \1 \2 \3 \4 \5
