Smile Monitor a shared mailbox

Hi,

I think the best bet would be to find out who the owner of the shared mailbox is and login as that user, then set up Rules and Alerts to send you and your co-workers an email when an email arrives in that mailbox.

If you cannot do that, then there is an add-in that will notify you when email is received in any other shared mailbox (or public folder). It will either send out an email or display a desktop alert. It's called Watch Outlook Folders and you can find out more at http://www.SperrySoftware.com/Outloo...ok-Folders.asp.

I hope this helps you!
