I have a problem while playing video in my outlook. What happens is the user clicking on the mail and it’s started playing the video in the preview pane.

But once user opened the same mail in the new outlook window the video is playing. So the user is hearing double sounds (one is playing in Preview pane and another is playing in New window of outlook.)

Is there any way to stop playing the video in the preview pane once the user is opened the mail in the new window.

I am using outlook 2003.

Any solutions?
