I'm stuck at D

I got this thing that i want to do:
A. I got 15000 points (this week maybe more /less next )
B. I have to give away 20% every week
C. out of A and - 20% (B), i got left X
D. Out of X I want to know thru a system that have 0-14000 rank points
E. the scale on how much points i will get is like this:
0-450.000 points
0-14.000 Rank points
The more points i get, the more rank points i get.
So its like if i get 450000 points, i do get 14000 rank points.
F. rank points gives rank (1-14)

rank 1 - x
rank 2 - 2000 RP
rank 3 - 5000 RP
rank 4 - 10000 RP
rank 5 - 15000
rank 6 - 20000 RP
rank 7 - 25000 RP
rank 8 - 30000 RP
rank 9 - 35000 RP
rank 10 - 40000 RP
rank 11 - 45000 RP
rank 12 - 50000 RP
rank 13 - 55000 RP
rank 14 - 60000 RP

I want to know WHAT rank i get and how many % away from next rank.
