Default Export string from e-mail body to .csv

Dear ladies & gentlemen,

I have a question about exporting data to .csv. I know it it possible to export contacts, tasks, notes and other field-related data into .csv file.

However, I have a question if it is possible to export data (a string with information from an e-mail (body) into .csv document).

The case: we have fill-in form on the website (no CMS or database behind it). Everytime a person fills in form, we get (direct) e-mail where in the body of the document we can see the data of the client

Example

Evert, van, Vries, Eenstraat, 303, 1012PW, Amsterdam, br@host.nl

Together with this string there is a lot of other information that we don't need. We would like to separate this string from the rest of the e-mail and put it in Excel-document (.csv file). Is it possible to do with built-in Outlook instruments or third-party applications?

Thank you very much in advance.
