I was trying to set up a word document where I track all of my hiking reports. I initially had all of the mountains that I hiked listed alphabetically, but when I started to fill the reports in, I realized that this may not be the best method for me since I often hike multiple mountains in a single trip - and I do not hike them alphabetically.

What I would like to do is have a TOC that displays the mountains alphabetically, even though the mountains are on various pages.

For example, If I document a hike where I hike Mt. Adams, Mt. Madison and Mt. Washington on the same trip (lets say the same page too, for the sake of clarity), I would like the TOC to be in alphabetical order, but display the page numbers for these three mountains as the same.

Is this possible so that the TOC is automatically updatable?
