Trying to paginate a document, so that the front matter uses lowercase Roman numerals (ii, iii, iv, etc., with page number on the title page suppressed) and then after the abstract, pagination picks up, with Arabic numbers (1, 2, 3, etc.)

Working with Word 2003.
