You can already do better than that on the Find side: select the word, then press Ctrl-F (to Find) or Ctrl-H (for Find/Replace). I have no idea what you mean by "have the curers in the "replace with" box". What are 'curers' and how would Word know that's what you want or which one (if there's more than one) to use?
