In the first cell, insert a SEQ field coded as:
{SEQ Counter \# "'12-'0"}
Then simply copy the field to each of the remaining cells. When you're done copying, select the table and press F9 to update the field display.

Note: The field brace pairs (ie '{ }') for the above example are created via Ctrl-F9 - you can't simply type them or copy & paste them from this message.
