Smile Generic things to try...

Hi,

Try these suggestions, to see if they give any more clues:
  1. On any machine that exhibits the problem, switch from using HTML to plain text (via Tools...Options...Mail Format).
  2. Disable all add-ins and/or start Outlook in safe mode (via Start...Run..."C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Outlook.exe /safe"). Also try disabling all Microsoft Word add-ins, as Outlook uses Word to format emails.
  3. Run an Outlook Detect and Repair operation. Go to Help...Detect and Repair.
I think if you only see it after you hit Send that it is really a server problem. Do the recipients see the enlarged text on their end?
