My normal font size is #12. When I finish a document or letter I make a print, everything is normal including the intend. I then save it in my Microsoft Word 2000. I have been doing it for about two years or longer. Up to three week ago I had no problems.
Since 3 weeks ago, when I reopen my computer and I want to look at that letter again or any saved document, the font size has changed from #12 to #10 and the right intend is totally uneven. I also get 5 pages with all kinds of data that has nothing to do with my document or letter. The same things happens to all my documents I saved in Microfoft Word 2000
Can you tell me what my problem is and how to adjust it.
