Default Force page setup override

Hello,
I have a situation where the word "page settings", specifically the tray to print to is overriding the printer settings.
I know word is designed to override the printer settings. I need to find a way to either disable this option or have the printer override all word settings.

I have hundreds of documents that need to print to specific trays and modifying every single document within word isn't an option.

Does anyone know of way to do this?

Thank you.
