Default Conditionnal copy/paste

Hi everybody,

Daily bulletins include the road conditions of 3 roads: Rd1, Rd2, Rd3. The road 2 includes two sections: West and East. The attached document shows an example of the original doc and the final result that I wish. I imagine that a conditional command in a VBA would be the solution but I am not familiar with that. Help! please.

Of course, the real document includes a few hundred days.

Thank you in advance
Michael
