Hi Warren,

It seems like you've gone about the installation the right way so, though it's possibl the installer app didn't do all of what it's supposed to. You could try uninstalling & re-installing. Beyond that, I'd suggest raising the issue in one of the specialist Mac forums. You might also want to read: http://excelsemipro.com/2011/07/micr...mac-os-x-lion/
