I guessed the lack of response was due to the non-ability of the Employers to access my CV (and a bit of my ego probably wants to believe this too!)

I've now defaulted my Word to automatically save in the 2003 or lesser version of Word and hope that sorts the problem, now all I have to do is wait for all the job offers to roll in ?

A good example of "joined-up" thinking on the part of Microsoft there.....NOT!
