I work with chinese characters and need both traditional and simplified characters. On one of my computers, I have Microsoft Pinyin IME 2003 installed and it works great. On my other computer, however, (with all the same software--Windows XP, Office 2003) it shows Microsoft Pinyin IME 3.0 installed and it is frustratingly restrictive.
Does anyone know how to change 3.0 to 2003? I have Microsoft Proofing Tools 2003 installed with the chinese languages enabled, but it doesn't seem to make a difference.
