hi, i want to solve a problem in the numbering of chapaters and section of any document,

a. I need the Number in one line and the title perfectly aling in the next line and after that 3 lines, the sub section the samthing but only 2 lines after, I tried with styles and hedingd but somehting evertime goes wrong. I use the combination of key "Shift+Enter" after the numbering but doing that in 30 titels subtitles and else is annoying.
