I have written a report on microsoft word 2007 and have created a box down the bottom of the report. Within this box I have used the tab button to neatly space information so that the document looks neat and clean. However I have sent the document to my teacher who has complained that when the document is opened the formatting is all gone and the information in the box is all over the place.

How do I fix this?
