Hi!

Using alt+numeric keys to get characters like æ (alt+145) or Ω (alt+234) has stopped working.

I've gone into the control panel of Windows and made sure that the "extend support of extended text services to all programs" is checked (under Regional and Language Options -> Languages -> Details -> Advanced.) I also ran the System File Checker. Still no alt+numeric functionality

I found that it's only in MS Word it doesn't work. (I tried it in MS Notepad and in Open Office, works fine.)

Is there, simply, a setting in Word that controls this?
