did ie8 break outlook 2003 on xppro?
1. R click on file on desktop/send to email. Operation fails. Following this
the next time I open outlook and new email, the email window is only one
small piece of a title bar and must be stretched.
2. R click on file on desktop/send to email. Email window opens. type info
and click send. It just sits there. I close/save and open Outlook. Nothing
in drafts or sent. new email has just disappeared.
