First I am not very good with PCs so please try to keep it simple.

When I try to print a new word document my text does not appear.
(Office Home and Business 2010 and windows 7)

I can print documents from other programs.
I can print older Word documents.
It will print pictures inserted into Word.
It just will not print words!

Fixed it. Un-installed and reinstalled, works a treat now.
