Hey guys, a question for all you experts out there!

I use PP 2003, and have nearly finished creating a presentation. I've put it my music etc. and movie.
However, when I play the movie clip( which is approx 15 seconds long) it goes thru it extremely quickly withing a couple of seconds and obviously no sound is heard from it either. The movie clip is an avi file.
Is it that I'm using the wrong file format for PP or what?

Secondly, when placing movies and music in to the pp, they're linked to the pp, not embedded. Is there a way to embed them in to the pp? I'm wanting to eventually put the custom animation on to my phone hopefully in the long run.

Help to either of those questions, specifically the first one would be greatly appreciated.
