OS: Windows 7 32 bit sp1
version: MS Office Outlook 2007 sp 3

We're having a problem with Quick Click settings. The selected colors aren't saving when users close Outlook. I've seen this in forums on the internet, and have been directed to a hotfix. Unfortunately, the hotfix was for service pack 2, which has been replaced by the recently released sp 3. It won't install.

So my question is, how do I fix the Quick Click problem when it's supposedly already been fixed in SP3?

I have confirmed that the hotfix for sp2 will not run with sp3 installed, and that there are no outstanding updates for the computers.
