Thats not healthy... even to look at.
We can sit here chatting back and forth and maybe end up fixing it, but i'd be tempted to carry out a system restore.
System restores will cause system settings and files to revert back to how they were at the time of the restore, but leave your personal documents unchanged. Unless you carried out hours and hours of updates and program installs recenetly, this is the route i would take purely for time saving sake.
Be sure to role your pc back to a time when you know your office app was functioning correctly.
