Hide Row and Column Headers

I recall in Office 2007 (Excel) there was a method to hide the row and column headers. I recently upgraded to MS Office 2011 for Mac. Can anyone tell me if its still possible to hide the row and column headers in Excel 2011 for Mac, and if so, how? Thank you.
