I have several fields whose values are (should be) controlled by the value of a list box.

The list box has several values (names) but I can't get the fields to display values (phone numbers) for the corresponding names.

So when listbox value is "a" then field1 value should be "555" and field2 value should be "444".

If there is a better method than a listbox with multiple fields I would accept it... this is the best way I could think of... I just can't get the fields to populate properly (syntax errors).

This is not a form and it can't be.

Any thought / ideas / solutions are greatly appreciated!
