We run outlook 2007 over terminal server 2003 and have suddenly begun experiencing intermittent lag on all clients using the application. Details below:
- HP router upgrades implemented at the same time issues began have been rolled back, no resolution.
- No PST's stored on roaming profiles.
- Terminal server NIC drivers up to date and varied in terms of version.
- Re-installed MS office on example server, run with no SP, SP1 and SP2, no resolution.
- Network sniffer reports out-of-order packets. reassembled segments of PDU and duplicate ACK's. After being analyzed by our network engineers concluded irrelevant.
We have a ticket open with Microsoft that is getting us nowhere, more information can be provided upon request.
Any insight would be infinitely appreciated as this has seriously stifled our work flow.
