Default Outllok (2003) Rule to Send a New Email to a New Address upon Receipt of Specific Msg

Hi,
I would like to set up a rule (using built-in behavior) to send a message to a different email address upon reciept of a specific email.

If Message Arrives
from "SpecificEmailAddress"
Send New Message to "Custom Email Address" w/ "Custom Subject"

I am kind of able to do this by selecting "have server reply using a specific message" However, this does two things, It does what I want, but it also tries to reply to the Sender. I DO NOT want it do that. I just want it to send the custom message to the custom recipient.

It is also not an option to do it via a "script" or "custom action" I can't use any add-ins. I need to devise a scenario where any user with the basic build of Outlook 2003 can accomplish the above task w/ one rule.

If it's not possible, it's not possible. Just hoping it is.

Thanks,
~Hendel
