Hi Alex,

If you want to maximize the image quality in Word 2010, you'd choose the 'do not compress images in file' option. In Word 2007, IIRC, you could get to the same options by inserting an image, then selecting it and choosing 'Compress Pictures' from the Picture Tools tab (you can do the same in Word 2010 also). Maybe that's how you do it on the Mac version.
