Post reply into same folder as original message instructions
Hi,
I'm not on a Mac, but in Outlook 2007 you would go to Tools...Options...E-mail Options...Advanced E-mail Options. In that popup, check the box that says "In folders other than the Inbox, save replies with the original message".
In Outlook 2010, you would go to File...Options...Mail. Scroll down to the "Save Messages" section, then check the box that says "When replying to a message that is not in the Inbox, save the reply in the same folder."
Hopefully, the option in Mac version is in a similar location.
