Whenever I try to scroll on word (up or down) the page becomes blurred like this (see attachment)
It is very frustrating and I need this to work so i can edit an important file (my assignment
) Also it isn't because my laptop is slow as i can run very big programs like inventor and revit architecture. Any help would be well appreciated and thanks in advanced

Steps I've Tried:
1) repair
2) repair again
3) uninstall then reinstall
4) Run no programs except for Word
Specs (of my laptop):
Office Version: 2010
Win Version: Win 7 64 Bit
RAM: 4GB
CPU: Dual Core i3 2.13 GHz
Free HDD Space: over 230 GB
