Hello everyone,

I have some users that are having problems printing from PowerPoint 32bit 2010.

If they open a presentation, it seems to print fine. If they print it a second time, a printer status window opens and just stops. If they then close Powerpoint and restart it, load the presentation again, it prints fine. But, if they try again, it hangs the same way.

Any ideas??
