I want to compose the mail in following way

<message body>

In this the name field should change automatically but message body should remain same. I have the list in an spreadsheet. please tell me how I can do this??

The spreadsheet I have is in following way

Name email
XYZ xyzdah@gmail.com
ABC agffhfj@gmail.com
