Default Tick articles to include in a contract, how?

Hi,

I have a large collection of contract articles

I would like to list the articles with a tickbox before each article, so that a user can select articles by just ticking boxes

Ticked articles should stay, others should go, and

a document should be produced that holds all the articles without the tick boxes, ready for editing and printing

Is this something that can be done in Word easily ? If so how ?

Is there any commercial software on the market that can do this ?
