I've been hammering on google to find the solution to this, but have been unsuccessful. I've seen a few people around work have the ability to free draw inside the chat box (Like in Paint) and send it to everybody in the group. When I ask them how they were able to do that, they say it was just there. Turns out only a few select people have it.

So how do I go about getting this function on my communicator?

I'm running 2007 R2
