Windows 7, Office 2010 32-bit.
I'm not sure why this happens but sometimes I switch from my main mail folder to my sent folder and then when I return to my main folder all the subjects now show only normal as the subject. The only way I have found to get the real subject text to re-appear is to close Outlook and then restart it.
