Hi
It should be perfectly acceptable to embed a quicktime movie in a Word document.
Choose Insert Menu
Select Object
Select Create From File tab
Click on Display as Icon
Click OK
The movie should now be embeded in your document and by double clicking on the icon the movie will run.
