Dear All,

We're converting MSWord to XML by using XSD(Schema file).

For that process, we have tagged the Word document by loading the schema document using the options "Tools=>Templates and Add ins=>XML Schema"

The problem is that after tagging the document when we save&close the word and opened the same document again then Tagged XML Structure was deleted with no clues of what happened.

We have checked the path of the schema is correct i.e., file exists in their corresponding path but the problem persists.

Please provide advise/solutions since it become a big headache for me at the last moment.

Note: We're have checked in both Word 2003 and Word 2007 versions
