Just starting today I found I could not use the "Save attachment" function for non-Office file extention. The Save Attachment file is highlighted and available, but when I use it no Save as dialogue box pops up. Nothing happens what so ever.

This is for my work computer which uses Windows XP Professional. My IT staff is baffled as this as well.
