Hi everyone.

I've been looking for an answer to a question I've had for a while and am hoping maybe someone here can help. I'm using Outlook 2003 (connecting to an Exchange Server) to access a shared mailbox. We've discussed adding an auto reply on the mailbox using the folder assistant, but the company I work for is concerned that such an auto reply may seem like spam if people are constantly getting them.

We were hoping to set it up so the auto reply is only sent once per thread (or only if the subject doesn't start with re: ). Unfortunately, I have been unable to find a way to do this and surprisingly enough I haven't been able to find anyone else asking this question. Does anyone know if this is possible?
