Hi,

I've just started using Outlook after many years with Express... I've downloaded the personal folders backup tool onto my Outlook, installed it sucessfully, and backed up my messages. I was expecting it to automatically be there in Outlook when my wife logs in to her XP user account, but its not!

I then tried to install it on hers but get the message that it is installed on the computer and needs to be uninstalled before it can be reinstalled. It is showing in the add/remove programs under my user account, but not under hers. How can I get the backup software to work for both accounts?
