I have a POP3 connection.
How does Outlook knows where is the SERVER? I did not get any option to set "where to save" when I tried your tutorial.

I do not want a "copy" of my emails on a Server. I want the original emails to be saved remotely in another Hard drive / location. It can be a Server or an external hard drive or an FTP location, but not my local PC.

Can I just point out another directory for Outlook to use as default directory?
No copies, no backups, just the original files to be elsewhere!
