Thanks for replying. What I mean is the margins seem to change on their own. For example if I choose narrow the top is 1.27 cm and the cursor is near the top of the page. When I type the document out, it keeps this shape. However, when I save and close and then come back to the document the text is sometimes way lower than it was when created. This only happens when I save it in work 6-9.
