The file attachment states Outlook 2011. Is this a typing mistake? Outlook 2011 is for Macintosh operating systems and will not install on a windows machine.

Secondly the Office you are currently using is student..You will need to remove it first then install Outlook then re-install office. Student version are not full version of the product.
