Hi,
On the verge of throwing the laptop into the road!!!

I recently purchased the office ultimate 2007 suite,from OEM media,from one of their "Ultimate Steal" student offers.which came via download.I also paid extra for a back up disk .

I have had to uninstall the software due to a system freeze/crash.The problem is that now I have reinstalled the software it is registering it as a trial version;which I am unable to convert to full product.I have the product ID,CD keys etc but they are not being accepted.I have tried to find a contact number for MS but cannot get past their automated system because of this.
Also there are no contact numbers on the microsoft eduction/Ultimate steal website.
As anyone else had this problem? any advice greatly apprecciated
