Default alignment/justification issues

Hello. I am trying to make an "unofficial" table of contents. My documents are saved in multiple places and I just want to quickly type up a table of contents in Word rather than insert a formal TOC.

However, I cannot get the page numbers to align on the right side. As a result, it looks like this:

form 1.......1
form 2........2
form 3......3
etc

I've seen this question with regards to copying and pasting an item, but I am simply typing.

Full justification does not adjust anything. I have tried changing my margins and that doesn't work either. If I change the alignment to the right, then obviously my left side doesn't align. Any suggestions would be appreciated, but please keep in mind, I am a basic Word user... I don't know ANYTHING about macros, etc.
