Default Sharing Sent Mail Box

Hello,

I have three different people sharing the same email address. They import emails on three different computers (all computers import same emails since they import it from the server). This way all the three people can read all incoming mail. I want to do the same thing for outgoing mail.

How can I share the sent mail box, so when someone sends an email it appears in all other sent mail boxes ?
