Default Outlook 2007 calandar

I have a user who cannot add attendees to a meeting he created. His system recently crashed and we did a system restore to get back his data. Before the crash he was able to add attendees, but now he cannot. Also of note, he can add attendees to appointments that he has created. I have already done a pst scan and repair,reinstalled outlook, and the ran various outlook run commands (/resetfolders, etc). Any suggestions here would be great.
