Default Digital Signatures, but allowing some changes

Hello all,

I work in an engineering company and I am trying to create a test sheet.

What I need to do is that I want to digitally sign something...no problem there, but once signed it needs to be able for the guys using the sheet to input their test results in a few certain places. But not being able to modify the rest of the document.

The problem is that once something is digitally signed, it doesn't allow ANY changes without invalidating the signature.

Now, I could do this using document protection and use the "filling in forms" and use just images of signatures, but the digital signature line function is a much better method, if only it would allow form filling.

I have attached a file which I hope shows what I am trying to do.

Can anyone help? Thanks.
