Ok, I havetwo word documents that need information linked.

In Doc A, information containing names, dates, times, ect.. need to be automatically updated in Doc B.

I must send both documents via email to my supervisor without him needing additional programs or documents.

I have tried the Mail Merge function but my supervisor cannot open the file on his PDA.
